I have 250 contacts on my droid maxx and BU assistant after it syncs says synced 22. Also no VBUAssist app icon in app file is there a way to download another app and start over, i dont ee in app store. Also I want verizon to sync with gmail and it is not doing that either.Please advise..Thanks in advance
Are the other contacts saved to your Gmail account? Backup Assistant doesn't backup those contacts synced with Google. It has been this way since the beginning of 2010 and I don't expect it to change.
