DROID RAZR running ANDROID version 4.0.4
Last week I noticed that all of the contact phone numbers that were stored on my phone were deleted, while my email addresses from other accounts like gmail remained. I went to Backup assistant on the verizon wireless website, and found that all of my contacts had been deleted. I was able to restore them and then sync my phone. Today I received a text from a close friend and noticed that her phone number was no longer stored in my phone. When I went back to the verizon wireless website I could no longer manage my contacts online. The button for contacts was no longer live.
What's going on - I can't have the system erasing phone numbers randomly.
Have you considered backing up your contacts via your gmail account rather than Backup Assistant?
