I recently purchased the Droid RAZR MAXX and I have to say I love this phone. However, I am always losing data connection even in the most open spaces. The battery life isn't all the great either providing about half a days charge. I have been in to the store and done everything VZW has told me too. Any suggestions?

How are you Charging your Maxx are you using the Charger that came with it an How long do you Charge it. ?
On my two Maxx's i charge them when the Red indicator starts to Flash. I charge them in the off position for two reasons so calls an Text does not interupt the Charging an the Maxx is refreshed as soon as it's done its cycle about 4 hours i usually go 6 but that's just me and i use my Moto Chargers and never charge by Computer.
We don't have 4G in our Area yet but even if we did i would still use my Wi-Fi as it's more reliable and a Constant signal to the Maxx this saves on the Battery a Ton i have been getting almost 4 days light Use an when i stream Winamp i can after a Good full charge stream non stop for 20 Hours if i my self can hang on. I have on two occasions the third i Tanked but recovered..
A Good thing to Remember is what apps you have on the Device some can pull more power than others an if any one suggested a Task Killer i would remove it.! But a App to use is System Panel App it's Available in the Play-Store for Free or you can buy it For $1.99 or $2.99 and it one app i have had since installing it Back in 2010 on my Droid X
But if you have a good Wi-Fi at Home or Work i would use it an use the Network only in Have too cases Not saying it's not good but as it's still new there are time its not always reliable as ones are Finding out. It will get an it may be really were your location is but if you can i would use Wi-Fi as much as possible..
Good Luck and if you have any more Questions please ask.. b33

Hello MMHShay! Thank you for sharing your concern with the community! The Droid Razr is one of my favorite devices and I want you to enjoy ALL of it's capabilities. May I ask have you received the software update yet? The update is expected to resolve your concern as well as add additional enhancements to the device. If you have not received it yet then rest assured as it is currently being pushed out! The ICS software rollout will take about 3 - 4 weeks to complete. We appreciate you patience on this issue. Let me know if you have any additional concerns that needs to be addressed. Thank you. ^AH
