Battery draining fast. Android.Process.media 43% to 70% and very slow to charge now. Been doing it for weeks

You might Check the Apps your Running and Run your Phone in Safe Mode for a Day or So and if your Using Google+ it can consume allot of power because of what the app consist of and what it has to Process.. One thing i would do is go to Google Playstore an download an App called System Panel it will let you know what is Running on your phone and it will also keep you informed of the Phones Vitals).  I have used this app on all of my phones for 3 year and never Let me Down.. you can get it Free or Pay a Small Fee for the Full App and Less the the Ads the come with non Payed apps..

It last from 5 to less that 8 hours with Android.Process.media is at 69%. The phone is in very good condition.

Have you installed any type of antivirus, data or battery saver applications prior to this happening?  If so, please uninstall http://vz.to/18PEjFV and retest the battery charge and use.  I'd like to also suggest running the device for a day while powered up in Safe Mode http://vz.to/155Iv7m.  This way we can determine if the problem is application related.  Let me know how this works out.  Thanks!
