I was on the phone with my mom then tryed to hit the end button then the screen went blink. The lights on the button are on. This never happen to me before. Why is this happening? its making my not happy because i never had a like this with any one my old phones. Its just die so we see what happens now.
Try holding the volume down and power buttons simultaneously for 15-20 seconds and see if that re-boots the phone.
