My wife's first MAXX was an early-production unit - had problems with lockups that could not even be resolve with a hard power reset. But at least her bluetooth worked. Her second MAXX was upgraded to ICS 4.0.4, which resulted in her original Motorola CommandOne bluetooth headset no longer working. She tried another bluetooth headset from Verizon, but it does not work with voice commands. I heard that Jelly Bean will have even more problems with bluetooth. Is there any bluetooth headset that has a high probability of working with the MAXX under all available OS upgrades? I've spend hundreds of dollars trying to keep up with Android upgrades. I am not an Apple fan, but they don't seem to have these problems...

My Plantronics was working perfectly until the update a week ago.
Now, half the time when i push the button to answer, or slide the phone to answer, it goes to the phone. you can hear static in the earpiece like it's active, and if you push the button it hangs up.
It's become very annoying, the first couple weeks I had the phone it worked perfectly. i spend hours a day on the phone and it's getting me pretty upset.

Called Verizon and he had me to do a soft reset and will have to see how that works. But all was fine until the update...

Updates can sometimes do that as they can Jar the Files some What and it can take a While for the Phone to straiten them out, and even might Take a Factory Rest to fix the Issue..

I am having the same problem. I have been suffering with it for a couple weeks now and have learned a couple things. First, when I use Bluetooth, it starts out fine. Then I either get an incoming or outgoing call. After the call, my audio comes out of the phone, rather than through bluetooth.
First, sometimes I can reestablish the bluetooth by turning bluetooth off and then back on. That works once in awhile. But, the only thing I can count on is to reboot the phone. After rebooting, bluetooth works fine, until the next call.
I hope someone gets a fix for this real soon. I am using a RAZR MAXX too.
