Has anyone successfully Bluetooh paired a Droid Razr Maxx HD phone with a Win 7 PC? The phone and PC both see each other on Bluetooth, and they both display the same numeric code. But when I try to initiate pairing from either the PC or the phone the pairing fails due to invalid code. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hello charlesg, We want you to be able to get the most out of all the features on your phone! Have you tried successfully pairing the device to a different computer or wireless device? Can you provide the current system version you have on the device? Menu>Settings>About Phone>System version. I am eager to work with you to investigate this in more detail!

I am having a similar pairing issue with my phone/Garmin nuvi GPS device. I attempt to pair my phone with the GPS, and I get a code to enter, and then when I try to enter the code the pairing fails. On my phone I am on system version 6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US (Android version 4.0.4). Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
I was able to successfully pair the phone with my car’s hands free link. The current system version is 9.1.41XT926.Verizon.en.US
