Bluetooth issue and Ford Sync

Recently (as in the last 3 weeks), if I use my Ford Sync to make calls, I cannot hear anything over the speaker and the person on the other line cannot hear me. I need to switch off of blue tooth to speaker or handset. I have had issues with a bluetooth headphones as well.

Using 9.18.94 operating systems.

Any advice?

Have you tried deleting your device in FordSync and re-adding it? I use FordSync all the time and every time I update my ROM I need to do this. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion... I had tried that several times and even pulled the fuse on the car to try to reset everything. However, in the end, I cleared the cache on the bluetooth and powered down and powered up the phone and seems to be working for the moment.
