Can I get my device to save photos to my SD card?

Is there someway to have the Turbo  2 automatically save all the phone pictures to the SD card.  I can see how to move the pics manually from the Apps menu, but it would be much better if they were saved there without having to think about it.

In the camera app settings set the storage to External/SD card.  Downloaded photos might not automatically go to the card and might go to internal folders.
