Log into your Google Play account on a computer and install Plan B. If your phone is on and has service, you will be able to track it.

Edit: after you find it, be sure to install Lookout Security & Antivirus.

Apparently Plan B is not compatible with the Razr HD!  Ugh... Anyone else know a way?

Yeah, apparently Plan B is no longer compatible with ICS and above OS.  You might try Android Lost:

I haven't heard much about Android Lost, so not sure how effective it is.  When forum members realized that Plan B was no longer compatible with most phones, ran across Android Lost (mentioned in another thread).  Hopefully it'll work for ya.

I tried Android Lost back in December and it did work for me. Have not had a reason to use it since, though.

Edit: I actually had my phone when I installed it, though. Not sure how well it works installing it remotely. Keep in mind if your phone is not turned on, your battery has died, your phone has cellular data turned off, your phone is in airplane mode, or your phone is not receiving a signal you will not be able to install ANY app remotely.

+1 to rcschnoor. Cool thing about Android is that you can install the tracking app and then control it from your laptop. I like Android Lost, but there are several other apps to choose from. Sometimes I give my Maxx to my 17 year old son and tell him that I'm testing remote SMS messages from my laptop. I remotely install Android Lost, send a text message that takes the "thief's" picture when he clicks on the popup, my son in this case, just because it's cool to do. Lol.

That sounds very nice, I will have to give that a try.
