Can't connect to saved WiFi network

Greetings,
At my office, I had an un-secured, non-broadcast network, SSID "Guest".
Before going to my office the first time after receiving my RAZR MAXX, I set
up a new network, SSID "Guest" and saved it. At my office, the RAZR would
not connect to my Guest network. In the router, I turned "broadcast" on but
the RAZR still would not connect. I tapped "forget" on the saved Guest
network and rescanned; the phone sees "Guest" but when I tap connect, the
network name reverts to "Guest saved" and the RAZR will not connect. I can
connect to my home WiFi network with the RAZR and other devices can connect
to my Guest network at the office. I'm guessing the problem lies in not
being able to "forget" the saved "Guest" network connection. I also tried
re-configuring the saved Guest network on the RAZR to "Static IP" but it
won't let me save it. Any help here?

OK, I got connected to my Guest network. I have MAC filtering turned on; I was under the mistaken impression that MAC filtering only pertained to the secured SSID; I was wrong. MAC filtering applies to both SSIDs (secured and un-secured) on this router, maybe all routers, I need to investigate this. I am a little perplexed, however, as to why "forgetting" a network doesn't remove it as a "saved" network connection.
