Can't sign into My Verizon Mobile/NFL Mobile App

Hello,

Title describes the issue.  Since I can't log into the My Verizon app I also can't log into the NFL Mobile app.  I can only get to My Verizon by going through the widget where it seems to automatically log me in but that doesn't help for the NFL Mobile app.  I've also searched around for solutions online.  I've tried making sure I wasn't connected to Wifi when trying to login, clear data/force stop before logging in and uninstalling and re installing.

It seems like a number of people have had this issue but their solutions haven't worked for me so far.  Any suggestions.

Hey dankraf!

NFL Mobile is pretty important right now with all the great games going on! If I may ask, were you subscribed to NFL mobile on your line? If so then you are all set on our end. Are you getting a particular error when trying to load the application? You also said you were having problems loading the My Verizon app? Have you also uninstalled and reinstalled this app? Go to Apps --> Downloaded --> then the NFL App and clear the Cache and the Data and then Soft Reset Volume Down and Power till it shuts off.. Let it Re-power up then try the App.. b33

It brings up the menu to select "Sign Into My Profiile", "Create a New Profile", "Forgot Username", "Forgot Password" and "Skip/Try Later".  I select the sign in option and put in my login and password and click next, it says "Communicating with server ... " and then comes back after a second saying "Username and Password do not match."  I went to myverizon.net and logged in on my browser to verify I was using the correct credentials.

Since MyVerizon and NFL Mobile are built in apps I can't uninstall completely.  I can uninstall the latest update of both app but then am only able to disable the app.  I've tried this for both and got the same result.  I also tried to clear the cache and data and do a soft reset as B33 mentioned and got the same result.

Any other ideas?

After installing an update to NFL mobile, I had the same error message.  I finally got signed in by using the 10 digit phone number and password I use for My Verizon==all works well now.

I actually had the Same little issue yesterday with the My Verizon App but one i signed in it Took off Ok.! but i had to sign in my Password on both of them once i done that i left the App and returned a while Later and the app loaded with having to Sign in.. b33Smiley Happy
