My son and I both have the Motorola Razr M and we can't make calls or send texts. We have restarted our phones several times and get the same results. I don't have a home phone and have no way of contacting Verizon except through the computer. Anyone out there who can help is greatly appreciated.
Same problem here. Droid Razr Maxx (still on ICS...). Can receive texts, but can't send or make calls. DST issue?

Seems to have returned to normal in Southeastern Wisconsin. Able to make and receive calls. I do find it interesting that while I couldn't make or receive calls, or send text messages, Verizon WAS able to send me the reminder that my next bill was available for my viewing. Hhhmmm. Now about that Jelly Bean.......
Same here, southern CT . . . HTC Thunderbolt and Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Network Extender doesn't work and usuailly limited cell coverage is completely non-existent. Finally reached CS through Skype and they acknowledge network issues and increased customer service call volume.

My son and I have different phones. Mine is a Droid BIONIC. Same exact issue for both of us. We are in Maryland if that helps!?
