Cannot open additional windows until others are closed.

I am receiving this message when trying to open a link in Facebook.  Usually when I would get this, I would just reboot the phone and then it would work.  I have rebooted twice and cleared my cache and am still getting this message.  Anyone know how to fix it?  Thanks

I’m glad that you asked this question my friend! Oftentimes, when we browse the web, another window opens up. If this is the case then you may have multiple windows open. To close the windows, simply follow the steps below.

Open the web browser > Menu > Windows > Next to each window there is a “X” to close the internet.

Once you have done so then please retest your Facebook link to see if it’s work. Let me know what happens.
