Suddenly, my phone contacts do not sync to the car .. . I have checked share contacts, removed & reinstalled several times. Is this an issue with the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade?

Hello conviro-
Depending on your car make, this may help. I have a 2011 Mustang and when my phone received ICS I had all kinds of problems with the Ford Sync. I deleted the phone and directory out of Sync and then put it back in. That took care of my problem and now it works fine. Again, I didn't just delete and re-enter the directory, but the phone itself and re-entered it like it was a new phone. I hope this helps.

Hi, conviro!
Lets get that Bluetooth sync working again for you! I want to look further at this for you. What make/model of vehicle do you have? Do you get an error message? Please use the steps suggested by @Piscestg and keep me posted!
Thanks,

Adam,
I have a 2012 Chevy Camaro. There is no error message, the phone pairs, but
the contact list will not transfer, the only way to call out is to dial the
phone manually or dial on the dashboard display (which cannot be done while
driving). The phone syncing worked fine before Ice Cream Sandwich. I have
quit using it after the problems and use the phone handset in the phone. I
have deleted the phone from the car and the car from the phone. I have done
a soft reboot on the phone. Nothing works. I have to believe that the
software update for Android is incompatible with the Bluetooth software in
the car.
Barb.
