I am trying to purchase some ringtones through my Verizon account. It worked for my wifes phone, but it now says my phone is not compatable...same phone (Razr M) ....I am getting a code 267. Does anyone know what that means?
Maybe there is limit on how many you can purchase at one time? Also why are you buying ringtones?

Ringtones sure are awesome! I love Ring back tones too! I looked up that code and could not get anything specific. If I may ask, were you purchasing these on your device or online? Were you signed into you line's My Verizon account. It may only allow you to purchase them for that line's particular account. Please elaborate a bit more and we can see about a fix.
