Connecting USB as "Charge Only" no longer possible after update?

Hi there,

I just ran the update this morning, and no longer have the option of connecting my USB in Charge-only mode. Is there any way to get this feature back? Certain apps (such as Audible) won't work if the phone is in PC mode. Any suggestions? (And why on earth would you remove a feature like that? Very frustrating!)

This is something that ones have asked in the Past.  I have answered in this Kind of Way the Charger that Came with the Phone was Designed and met to Charge it.  No other Device other than a O.E.M Motorola Charger or Style of Way. This is What Motorola hopes that one's will do and it will have better results for the Phone in the Long Run.. I agree with Motorola and i have been a Motorola Owner Since the 1990's..b33

B33, these are a great set of tips located in one easy place! I bookmarked it from the first time I saw it. Good stuff to follow if you're new to Razr/Maxx or have had it awhile. Thanks for the effort you've put into it and hopefully you will continue to add into it as new things and solutions arise.

Well you have to stay with it.. i say that with a Laugh but it does take allot of Work usually i'm on here for about 4 Hours sometimes 6 but as amazing as it is for the Length of time i'm on here it seems like it Fly right buy..And i'm glad that i can help.b33

The "charge only" option is used to access the device when rooting it, not just to charge the device without mounting the SD card.
