The necessary drivers usually download and install automatically the first time you connect the phone to the computer. On your computer, did you open up "computer" to see if you had an additional (new) hard drive letter? For example, let us say that the only hard drive letter you usually see is C:>. Then you plug your phone and your computer together using the supplied USB chord. Now you see C:>, D:> and E:>. The E drive should be your phone. If you do not see a new hard drive letter, either your phone or your computer plug is not working. By the way, when you do plug the two together you should see a USB icon in the notification bar of your phone. Pull down the bar and make sure that Mass Storage is selected. ICS only allows Mass Storage.

I know transferring pictures can be a fun way to share those memories tweedman! Tidbits and mortb have great suggestions. In addition, you can also transfer pics via the memory card by using a compatible card reader on your computer or you can use our Pix Place service! Take a look at this helpful link for additional details! http://tiny.cc/4clukw
