DROID Razr MAXX HD Invalid User Endpointid

Newbie

Yestrerday, I just purchased a Droid Razr Maxx HD and am having a problem with getting one of my two AOL emails to connect. I replicate the steps from my first AOL email but it just won't connect. I tried deleting the second AOL email to start over but cannot. I always get a " Invalid user endpointid" pop up. Can anyone walk me through the setps to correct this issue? I had to post under Droir Razr Maxx because the HD model isn't available on this site for discussion. Thanks!!

Hey garyas!

I am happy to hear you got a great new device! I hope you are loving it! I am sorry though that you are having issues with your e-mail set up. Let's see if we can get this figured out!

So you said this was happening with only 1 of your AOL accounts, correct? Have you tried adding the 2nd one first and see if it's the specific account or the order in which you add them to the phone? You shouldn't have any problems adding multiple accounts to the phone. Have you also tried https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/48924. That website may assist in setting up both accounts. Also, are you using the default application for mail on your phone? Have you tried any third party applications to sign up multiple accounts? Please keep us updated! Thanks
