I was roughly at 50% battery life when I finished a phone call and my phone went dead. I cannot use the power button to turn it on. How do I restart it?
Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds
i can't turn mine on either. holding down both buttons doesn't work. i tried attaching it to the charger, and that doesn't help.
