I recently purchased a new Droid Razr M and decided to down load a ringtone from Verizon. I can't figure out how to get it into my phone. The message is there with the ringtone, but how do you attach or download the ringtone?
Long press the attachment to save it to your "download" folder. Then you should move it from the download folder to the "ringtones" folder for the phone to recognize it as a ringtone.

Hi Ann154...I'm a little older so please explain "Long press" . I've tried holding down the "paper clip" attachment, but, nothing happens or I'm not holding
it long enough...a little more guidance please.

Are you still having issues with your Ringtone? The steps indicated by Ann154 (thanks!) should work. Pressing on the Ringtone file for a few seconds should give options, if that does not work you may want to download and install Verizon Tones https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vzw.hs.android.modlite&feature=nav_result#?t=W10 from the play store and try to get Ringtone that way. Keep us posted.
