App updates error downloading. You tube no connectivity on Wi-fi but will download on 3G. What's wrong?
What error are you receiving when trying to download apps? Is that also a WiFi issue? I don't use the You tube app, but many apps require data to work. There may be a setting to get it to work on WiFi??? idk.
Thanks for the reply! The error says no connection tap to retry. Most of my app updates are now incomplete due to this problem. While if I turn off the wifi these functions work fine, the fact is the wifi used to work. I checked all my connections and wifi settings. I even had the internet speed increase! The wifi used to work. And still works when playing Zynga!! I figure it is a setting in the Droid, but I don't know what to do!
I'm sorry that your services are not working on WiFi, Gdawgvolvo! WiFi is such a great data saver companion. Does this happen with all wifi networks or maybe just your home/work network? There may have been a software update on the wireless router (or a needed update) in order to process properly. I would reach out to the internet provide for your WiFi for more information on potential router concerns. Keep me posted!
