When I plug my phone in to my computer, it doesn't show up anywhere when I put it in USB mode. I put my music into Android File Transfer and I also synced through Google Music. All the songs are showing up on my phone and play at home (and I have WIFI turned OFF!), but when I go out, the songs are all shaded and it says I'm "offline". I want to download the music onto the phone and nothing in this forum has helped. Some posts say to "choose mount" on the phone. I don't see "mount" anywhere on my phone. Also my phone doesn't show up as a device when I'm in USB mode. If I put it in Media mode, then it shows up, but my music library folder is showing up there so something downloaded, but why the songs won't play when I'm away from home doesn't make sense especially since I have WiFi turned off on the phone. HELP!!!!!
