I am so tired of the constant new Droid Razr commercials about its awesome battery life. I have to charge my phone constantly and it is not like I am using it constantly.
I did not have an issue with the battery until they did a software update early this summer. Since then I have to charge sometimes twice a day and I am not really using it at all. So it seems to me they could fix the problem with my phone or back grade the software so it works like it did.
Ant solutions? How do I get this corrected.

Hello Navygirl100!
The Razr is absolutely a nice phone and I want you to get the most out of your battery life! I will be delighted to provide some tips to keep your juice!
The Razr has a couple of awesome features that I highly recommend you use. The first one is called Smart Actions:
http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=51105
Smart Actions automatically turn things on and off such as Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc when you don't need them. Setting up Smart Actions will provide a HUGE boost to your battery life.
The most recent software update added a new & easy Task Manager function. Press and Hold on your Home Key (the little house) and it will bring up a list of all of the programs you've opened. Simply swipe them off of the screen to the right to close them out!
Thanks,
