Brand new Droid Razor M (white) had ICS 4.0.0 then it updated to J.B. 4.1.1 now voice commands dont work i get this box "Unfortunatly, Voice Commands has stopped.  [ok]. " is there a fix for this, i have bluetooth device and i can't use it to call someone, when someone calls me i have to press the button on bluetooth 2 or 3 times to get it to answere. there is no way to pull the battery and do a reset, unless there is a magic reset button on the phone. the app is Voice Commands vJBREL1-1.2.03, file name VSuiteApp.apk ,package name com.nuance.android.vsuite.vsuiteapp . Lots of other users have this issue on other devices when upgrading from ics to jb. Is there a way to reload this to get it working? I have been looking but found no files for my phone.

I have the same problem. The phone idd an update this morning and now that message comes up. In fact last time the phone did an update something broke. WTF dont these idiots test test test before release? You'd think Microsuft was running this mess.

Okay Verizon, Motorolla, Android... someone take ownership of this issue and get a fix asap we are paying good money for these features!
