So can someone tell me 1. can you name a picture to save it in a specific folder and 2. can you set a text message ring tone? I can/t figure out how to do it.

The easiest way for me to rename/move files is by connecting my phone to my computer; others use file explorer apps downloaded off Google Play. You should be able to change your text message notification from within the settings in your text message app.

But this won't work after JB upgrade. Ability to browse phone files with explorer seems to be removed with the upgrade.

I can still browse my phone files after JB update, with my laptop. I use the data cable that is part of the charger, I pull down the status screen, tap on "Connected as a media device", then check "Camera (PTP)", then i can access my phone files via Windows explorer. You will see "XT907" as a new drive.

I use the Estrongs file explorer app quite easily on my Nexus running Jelly Bean.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

After some more experimenting with the RAZR M with JB software, I discovered that I can browse and copy files with Windows (file) Explorer. Difference is that with JB the device only connects via USB as a MTP or PTP device (media or picture transfer protocol). With ICS it seemed to default to MSC (mass storage device class) so it looked like a USB flash drive. Now appearance is different under explorer, and it seems to me that presented directory structure is different, but I can't confirm. Also, if device is protected, you must unlock to see files--a nice security feature, but it was not intuitive when Windows prompted me to open device to browse, and nothing appeared.
