Can anyone tell me why and what can i do with my phone? Not so long ago my phone's screen started to act like a strobe light effect where my screen would flicker on and off and i can't seem to fix it i have rebooted it the first time and also did a factory reset and nothing, does this mean i have to replace it?

If you've completed a factory reset and you're still having issues with your screen flickering, the next step would be replacing the device.
