Does anyone have any ideas for what I can do? I am so sick of paying an arm & leg for Verizon crap then being stuck with it for 2 years. I took a phone call and when the call ended the phone froze on the end call screen and was stuck there for about 3 hours. As like many people, I no longer have a home phone, I went on the Verizon website which threw my off a few times before I finally got into a chat with someone who initially told me she could help & then stated that there was not tech support by phone. The nearest Verizon store with a Tech department id over 30 miles away. The whole situation is absolute garbage. Any helpful ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
Put the phone on the wall charger for a couple of hours in case the battery ran down while the phone was frozen. Then try turning on the phone. If it still won't come on, press the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for 15-20 seconds and see if that will boot it back up.
My phone did this the other day and I took it into the store for them to fix it. They held the power button and the volume down button at the same time for 10 seconds and it reset it.
