Droid Razr x912, compatible with Honda 2012 CrossTour car, not able to transfer phone book/contacts, any suggestions

Droid Razr x912 bluetooth connect works.  Attempt to transfer phone book/contacts is unsuccessful.  Vehicle is a Honda CrossTour.  Any suggestions

Mine was fine until the ice cream update, now contacts won't transfer to my bmw.
