I got my update, and most everything looks good. The only thing I have a problem with is that I can't seem to find a way to go into call history and selectively delete old call records. If I tell it to display all call records, my only option is to delete them all? I have some frequently dialed numbers I keep in there so I don't have to hunt them up in contacts. On my old Galaxy S5 I could just highlight several records and then delete them. I miss that, and the message notify lights, and badges on the app icons that I had on my last 3 Samsung phones. Having a bit of buyers remorse based on these few things.

addendum to above. I did figure out just now how to delete individual records. There's now more tunneling down to get to delete option than before, so still a bit disappointed, but I guess it can be done....

I updated both mine and my wife's earlier this week. Pretty smooth on both, but both phones got stuck during the download of step 2. I had to go into settings under update and tap on "current version not yet installed" repeatedly, Close it and go back to the home screen for it to "catch up". Otherwise it would sit and spin with 4 mins or 18mins left for an hour and a half. Kind of a weird bug, but both phones had the same "sticking" problem. Once it downloaded everything was smooth as silk. 6.0 seems faster and more fluid. Good luck.

I've got 3 Turbo 2's in my house. My phone successfully installed Marshmello after 1 failed download attempt. However my daughter's phone got the "failed install" then it got the "up-to-date message" even though the OS is still at 5.1.1. A hard restart did not clear the issue and it still says its up to date and will not redo the update to M. Have not found a solution yet. I did not attempt the update on the wife's phone yet.

Fixed. I tried to update my wife's Turbo 2 and it failed as did my daughters. I ended up getting M to install using a Win7 computer instead of the OTA way. Assuming all the steps below work as it did for me you should be up and going on M in about an hour. A link to the canned instructions from Verizon are at the end.
1. Plug a USB cable into your Windows PC. When prompted install the "Verizon Wireless Software Upgrade Assistant"...It takes a minute or two. The install is on a pseudo CDROM drive on the phone.
2. Follow the instructions in the app to check/install the upgrade.
3. Your phone will boot to an Android console screen during the initial phases of the upgrade.
4. Eventually your phone will display a dialog box indicating its updating your phone applications..
4a. WAIT until your phone completes this step and actually boots into the OS!
5. Your PC may display a dialog box saying to unplug and re-plug the USB...wait until step 4a is complete. Don't press CANCEL yet(ever).
6. When the phone is done updating its apps and in the OS, follow the PC dialog instructions and replug the USB.
7. The PC dialog should close automatically and then it will perform another update check...mine found none.
8 Check the phone OS version and its should indicate 6.0...Marshmallow is now installed.

Thanks for this info! With absolutely no help from Verizon this actually worked for me. After trying the SUA on both a Windows 8 & 10 computers, neither of which would recognize my phone, I tried it on a Windows 7 machine and it worked fine.

Be careful with the update. T kills the fast charge feature.
