Is anyone else having trouble receiving email? I have not been able to receive email since I bought the phone in June, It works when it wants to.

What are your settings in the settings menu - Accounts & sync for the accounts? For instance, my gmail has everything checked, my @hotmail accounts have Email notifications checked.
ICS caused some issue for some e-mail accounts (I never experienced them myself) that some have fixed by removing the account, soft reset the phone and add the account back. The other Razr forum has plenty of pages on how to deal with e-mail and soft reset.
Everything is checked on mine as well.
