Email signature

How do I insert a signature on my outgoing emails ... I had it on my Driod X but confused about setting it up on my Razr

  For the stock email app (Pop, imap, etc)

Go into the app, and click the MENU button, choose SETTINGS, and then choose your email account name you gave it when you set it up, Scroll down to SIGNATURE,  and edit that.

For the GMAIL app

Go into GMAIL, Click on the MENU button, and choose SETTINGS. Select the gmail account you want to set it up for, and then scroll down to SIGNATURE and add it there.

  There are other apps in the market to do email (K-9 is one) I am not sure about those, but there should be a way to do it.

Are you asking if the directions work for a POP3 account? The first set is for the standard email client on the RAZR, labeled EMAIL, for POP3, Imap, etc. The 2nd set was for the GMail client app.

No problem, I did the same thing this morning on another post.. It happens to everyone...

Here are the Ways to this i will show it in the Gingerbread OS Style and the I.C.S Style

For Gingerbread:

1. Tap your Email on the home screen
2. Tap the green + to Compose a Email
3. Once on that Screen--> Tap settings-->Tap More-->Email Settings-->Compose Options.
4. Then you tap the Email Signature Screen and write your Signature..
5. Then Tap Done..

For I.C.S.:

1. Tap your Email on the Home Screen
2. Tap the White + to Compose
3. Once on that Screen--> Tap Menu-->Settings-->Then you will Need to Tap your Email that your Using.
4. It will show the Settings Tap { Signature } Tap it Then the Box to change it will pop up:  With the Words--> Sent from my Verizon 4G LTE Droid.
5. Tap to on the white box clear sentence and Write yours when your Finished Tap Ok and you should be set: with your signature
