What email system are you having problems with? You can look through this thread to see if it helps fix your issues.

My GoDaddy account got messed up too with the ICS update, I just had to go back in and set the options up manually. It put a bunch of different things in there and tried to do it automatically.
Awesome! You received the ICS update.
What isn't so awesome is that you are having problems with receiving emails since the update.
First, attempt to update the email settings by following these steps
http://bit.ly/HlcrJz. You will need to contact Go Daddy to verify the settings that should be entered.
If this doesn't work, it would be best to delete the email account http://bit.ly/RcSUUu and then re-add it http://bit.ly/QylT5o.
