Does anyone know how to get this stupid thing unfroze??? Plugged in to recharge and when I went back to check messages all I have is a screen that says emergency contact call only.
Have you tried holding down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for 15-30 seconds?

A frozen device is no fun but luckily I have my shovel and pick to dig us out of this one. I would like to review your account in further detail if possible.
