Error 300 when accessing My verizon

Hi:

I have recently switched from Droid razr maxx to droid razr m and everytime i click on my verizon after couple of seconds it will say authentication failed adn gives error code 300, I have cleared data, forced stop and restarted the phone( you cannot uninstall it) and I keep on getting this message, Also when I log into vzw.com online it shows me as the account owner.
