I have had a Droid 2 for over two years and recently the screen began doing weird things by intermittently not responding to touch screen input or by touching one thing and another untouched started. OK, I still was happy with the old Droid 2 until then. So I got a new Droid Razor M last week. Unless I am within sight of a cell tower, I can not bring up the internet or apps dependent on the internet. I show no 4gl let alone a 3gl signal ant the phone indicated no connection to the internet. My phone service is one bar. This is from the same recliner chair in the same place, unmoved, where I use to happily surf the net with an excellent signal last week. This phone appears it is not receiving very well in that location and those I talk to say I keep breaking up although I hear them well. I'm going back to Verizon to request a replacement. Will let you know how that goes.

The problem was a software issue with Ice Cream network settings, it set the phone to global network rather then lte/cdma.

You can set that Setting to that and Try that but if it's still throwing the Issue Pull the Sim out for about 10min. and Re-insert it and see if that Clears it up if not Go to the Store you got it and get another Sim Card and try that.. But it should fix it by the Way how does the phone Do in other parts of Town better or Worse.?

I had a lemon Razr M but an exchange is running great. No signal issues, still have network settings on Global so I don't see what difference that would make The wi-fi on my original was lousy too and it is also good on the replacement. I wouldn't futz with it. Go swap it out.

Ooo.! Just Hope what i'm seeing are isolated cases in the M's and they aren't going to have the Issue that the Razr HD / Razr Maxx HD is so posed to be having with there antenna's.!
