Does anyone know if next update will have video flash for Crackle, HBO Go, ESPN, etc.?  If not, what options are there? Thanks.

  Flash will probably go by the wayside when HTML5 becomes the standard. It will not be needed at that point. Does Adobe FLASH not work if you download it from the app store? Others have said that they are using different browsers that display the content fine.

Yes in about 5-10 years. Until then flash needs to be supported.

Yes in about 5-10 years. Until then flash needs to be supported.

It will be a lot sooner than you think. Think about all the iPhones/iPods/iPads that are out there in the wild, and you will see that HTML5 will be a big push soon from developers as now their content will be able to be displayed on almost everything without plug-ins.

Adobe Flash is or should be Gone as of the 1 of Aug.:  Or sometime this Month as Adobe said they were going to Pull it.. And handsets that are not Certified to use it.. really shouldn't download it as it can Destabilize the Device..As was suggested on Adobes Web site..

yeah, flash will be removed from the market on Aug 15th for new downloads.  Those who currently have it installed will still be able to access it on a compatible device.  http://blogs.adobe.com/flashplayer/2012/06/flash-player-and-android-update.html
