In My Gallery:

1) Open up your gallery pictures so you are viewing them all (e.g. All Photos).

2) Press Menu==>Select Multiple

3) Click on all of the pictures you want in an Album

4) Press Menu==>Add to Album  It will create New Album

5) Press New Album

6) Type in the Album Title, Caption, Description of Location.  Check if it's Local on phone, Picasa, etc.

7) Press Save and it will save all of the pictures you selected to the new Album.

QuickPic is another popular app for managing photos and videos that you might want to check out. I like it but it doesn't have MotoCast access which is a real drawback if you access photos on your PC at all.

Thank you. That worked. One more question. I did move some of my photos to newly created albums and then I deleted some of them from the original location. Unfortunately the deletion also deleted them from my new album too. Is there any way to retrieve deleted photos?

Sorry but there's nothing like Recycle Bin in Windows where you can go and undelete built into Android.   If your phone is rooted there is an app called Undelete for Root Users but I am not rooted and don't recommend it as I've read too many sad posts by folks who messed up their phone doing it.

If you really need the photos, there are recovery programs you can use on memory cards. I don't have personal experience with any of them but Computer World reviewed six of them here that you can look over.    One of them in particular, Recuva, I have read good things about on another forum so I might start there if you are so inclined.
