I use Gmail exclusively; I do not use the Email loaded on the Droid RAZR Maxx HD. For the past several days, specific gmails that I have previously read, labeled, and archived keep getting deleted on my desktop. Each time, I must remove the "trash" label on the desktop, relabel from the Inbox, archive. And the phone syncs appropriately; the gmails previously in "trash" are archived again on the phone. However, when the phone syncs again, the same thing happens on the desktop & I must repeat the pattern again as these gmails end-up in "trash."
What can I do (i.e., settings) to ensure that this won't keep happening?
I have tried turning the sync "off" on the phone and the problems persists?
