As the subject says, I have been unable to get the download to actually download. I have tried it both over WiFi and 3G. I have turned it on and off several times to no avail. The download tries for about fifteen seconds and then says Download Failed.
I am on the phone with tech support as I type this, and they are just as confused as I am.
UPDATE: Problem was fixed. Had to do a factory reset and it started downloading.
