Hi! My son's phone possibly got stolen while he was charging it in his car in a private neighborhood. We went onto My Verizon to see if anyone has used it since its been missing and found about 20 calls out to a specific (214) phone number. I looked up that number and it says its a VOIP phone in our area. Can the phone do this on its own or does someone physically have to have it to call that number?

File a police report and give them all the information that you have. Let the police take care of it. If you have insurance file an insurance claim.
