Ok, so who else that has a Razr Maxx that has started spontaneously re-booting?  I went through this with my X and now here I am again 6 months down the road with a new phone and experiencing the same issues   Before anyone starts giving suggestions to do an FDR or telling me that its an app, I am going to review the apps I have on my phone and see what I can delete (I do have an outrageous amount of apps).

Shoot! I would definitely check your applications first like you plan to and maybe run the phone in safe mode to see if the reboots happen in that mode.

I hope you can figure it out.

I noticed that I have had some reboot issues on my devices recently after a Weatherbug update a few days ago. There was another update for Weatherbug yesterday.

i had a phone that would reboot sometimes, but i eventually figured out that it only happened while i was on a call AND had wifi activated. maybe you can see if there is something in common every time it does it, like particular settings or if it's always right after you run a particular app or some triggering event.

Good point Azsaluki, I have not noticed that anything similar was happening when the phone reset but I will keep an eye on it in the future.  The times that it has reset are usually when it is sitting.  I have just deleted some apps that I don't use so I will have to see what happens from here.  Next step I will delete some apps that I use infrequently....and so on, and so on.
