How Ironic!!!!!!!!

I have only had a smart phone for about 2 months and I'm thinking it's much more of a pain than its worth. Very ironic that a friend had just text me and asked me if I liked my phone. About 10 seconds after I txt him back and told him that "it's a cool phone" the screen froze and then the screen went black. It's been about 2 and half hours and still no power. The phone was fully charged so that's not the problem. Any ideas?
