I have unchecked all sounds in all settings, sound, dial pad touch tones unchecked and touch sounds unchecked. I only have touch tones sounds when i text or if im on facebook.

I know that the touch tones can be quite annoying when you want your device to be quiet. There are some other settings that you can check.
Go to Settings, then Language and Input. Then tap on the gear symbol next to Motorola Input. There you will see the vibrate and sound on keypress that is only for the keyboard. The other settings that you were speaking to were for sounds when selecting an option in a menu or the tones you hear when dialing a phone number. I hope that by unchecking the other settings that the tones go away. Let us know!
