I want to organize my home screen and create a folder for Games. In the options to select a folder - when you tap new folder, I don't see where I can rename this folder? The name "Folder" on home screen doesn't seem right.

Solved! Go to Correct Answer
Create the folder on the home screen. Touch it to open it. Long press on the header title for the folder. A dialog will pop up to let you change the name.
This instruction was based on my HTC Thunderbolt so you might have to make some adjustments.
