How do I change the amount of info I'm given every time I open my voicemail? I only want to know limited info, NOT how long the message is, the date etc.

Turn off the "Envelope Options". Call your voicemail, choose option 4 (I believe) for Administrative options, and follow the prompts to turn OFF envelope information.
