How do I track my phone online?

On Friday night, I lost my DROID RAZR M. Yesterday we suspended the phone, just in case. Now, I'm wondering if there is any way for me online to use a GPS tracking thing to find my phone. Does my phone have to be on to use the tracking thing? Because it probably isn't and is probably dead by now. Thanks

What you need to do is reactivate it and then download Android Lost via the web Play store. It will remotely install and then you can turn on GPS and find it. It will even remotely take a picture of whom is using it. You can display a message to call another number. There are a lot of recovery option in the app. It's great!

To the OP...check out Android Lost. You install the app remotely via the web and then you can find it's current location. I'm afraid that you will need to reactivate it to do this though.

Are you having a problem deleting the app or having it delete data on your device?

Sometimes it takes a while depending on the internet because it has to go back to the Android Lost server and then contacts the device. I've successfully done it on my Maxx just playing around with it.

what is it you're missing here, playing with the app is somewhat different than really losing the phone & needing the app.
