How do I transfer my pics and videos from my old memory card to my new Razr?

First rule is make sure you have a backup of the photos and music. Are those files already on your computer? If not, attach the phone to the computer and copy all the photos and music to a new folder.
The least complicated way is to take the old memory card out of your old phone and move it to the Razr. If you had a Motorola Droid the card is behind the battery. On the Razr the card is located under a small door on the lower left edge. Simply take out the card and replace it with the old card.
A slightly more complicated way would be to use the USB cord to attach the old phone to your computer and transfer all the music and photos to a single folder on the computer. Then connect the Razr and click on USB Mass Storage. Copy or move the contents of the saved folder to the SD card in the Razr.
