Can someone please tell me how to get the photos off my moto x and onto a pc? I plugged in the usb cable and opened the Pictures folder, but there is nothing there. Thank you

Open the folder labeled DCIM; within that should be a folder labeled Camera. Your photos should be in that Camera folder.
