So far I have been through 2 levels of support at Verizon and Motorola and none of them can figure this out. Thankfully, you still have your #1 speed dial set up as before if you added your access code or can go in and edit this number and add your access code if you need to.
I hope there are major behind the scene upgrades in ICS that make this a worthwhile upgrade. From the perspective of an ordinary user, it is just an irritation.
